Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily operations of nursing services, ensuring patient care complies with standards.
• Monitors and evaluates patient care quality and safety; addresses issues promptly to maintain high standards.
