Job summary
Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Nursing – Behavioral Health to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead clinical and administrative functions. You will develop nursing policies, support staff development, and maintain regulatory compliance in a dynamic behavioral health environment.
The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and staff engagement.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a closely related field.
- 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily nursing operations and regulatory compliance.
- Lead staff training, orientation, and evaluations.
- Develop and manage departmental budget and staffing.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery.
- Ensure quality, safety, and accurate documentation.
