East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) seeks a Director of Behavioral Health Nursing to lead staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance across behavioral health services in Barrington. This senior clinical leader reports to the Associate Medical Director/Vice President of Behavioral Health and guides nursing practice, infection control, and program development across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• RN license in Rhode Island in good standing.
• Minimum of five years' nursing experience in community health, primary care, or behavioral health settings.
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent senior leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision and leadership for nursing and medical assistant services across outpatient behavioral health programs.
• Lead and support CCBHC implementation and readiness efforts.
• Design and improve nursing workflows to strengthen integrated care delivery and patient outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to ensure staffing and service delivery.
