Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant for night shifts within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). The position will be floated across the building to meet patient care needs, located at 905 Herrontown Road, Princeton NJ.

The role supports nurses in delivering compassionate care; emphasizes patient dignity, teamwork, and efficient use of supplies and time. Requires BLS and a HS diploma, with benefits including health coverage and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Night shift availability with five 11pm–7:30am shifts per week, including every other weekend and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in delivering nursing care as part of the nursing process.
• Respect patient and family dignity and collaborate with medical staff to provide quality care.
• Utilize time and resources efficiently to provide care at a reasonable cost and support financial viability.
