Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant for night shifts within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). The position will be floated across the building to meet patient care needs, located at 905 Herrontown Road, Princeton NJ.

The role supports nurses in delivering compassionate care; emphasizes patient dignity, teamwork, and efficient use of supplies and time. Requires BLS and a HS diploma, with benefits including health coverage and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Night shift availability with five 11pm–7:30am shifts per week, including every other weekend and some holidays.

• Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time NA (nursing assistant) to work the night shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position will be within our companion pool and will be floated through the building to meet patient care needs.

• Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist nurses in the delivery of nursing care through participation in the nursing process.

• Demonstrates regard for the dignity and respect of all patients, their families, guests and representatives of other organizations as well as fellow employees, volunteers and medical staff in support of the PMPH mission to provide consistent quality health care services in a professional, caring and responsive environment.

• Will demonstrate responsibility for individual performance and efficient utilization of products, supplies, and equipment. Will utilize time to ensure the timely completion of duties and to promote financial viability through provision of services a reasonable cost.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Required to work five, 11pm-7:30am shifts per week, including every other weekend and a few holidays each year.

Salary Range:

$18.73 - $29.31/Hourly
