Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant to work the evening shift at Princeton House Behavioral Health in Princeton, NJ. The role involves assisting nurses and floating to meet patient care needs within our behavioral health services.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma/GED and BLS certification, with duties focused on compassionate, quality care and adherence to PMPH standards.

• Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time NA (nursing assistant) to work the evening shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position will be within our companion pool and will be floated through the building to meet patient care needs.
• Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in the delivery of nursing care through participation in the nursing process.
• Demonstrates regard for the dignity and respect of all patients, their families, guests and representatives of other organizations as well as fellow employees, volunteers and medical staff in support of the PMPH mission to provide consistent quality health care services in a professional, caring and responsive environment.
• Will demonstrate responsibility for individual performance and efficient utilization of products, supplies, and equipment. Will utilize time to ensure the timely completion of duties and to promote financial viability through provision of services a reasonable cost.

Scheduling Requirements

• Required to work five, 3pm-11:30pm shifts per week, including every other weekend and a few holidays each year.

Education

• H.S. Diploma/GED (required).

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Salary Range

$18.73 - $29.31/Hourly
