Job summary

Innovive Health is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide direct home health care in MA communities. You’ll assess patients, develop care plans, administer meds per orders, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires strong communication, organization, critical thinking, CPR certification, an active RN license, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. You’ll support HHAs and LPNs while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Home health or related behavioral health clinical experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver1 license and reliable transportation.

What You Bring
