Job summary

Innovive Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our home health team in Massachusetts. You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, and develop personalized care plans, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising HHAs and LPNs, administering medications, and documenting visits and orders. A valid RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required to support safe, compliant home-based care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Home health or related behavioral health clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Physical Demands & Environment
