Job summary

Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, Ohio, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead inpatient behavioral health operations, ensuring safe, high‑quality care and regulatory readiness.

You will mentor nursing staff, collaborate with the treatment team, and drive performance initiatives while managing staffing, engagement, and patient safety in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health or chemical dependency program.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality psychiatric nursing care in line with evidence-based practices.
• Support assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and continuity of care across services.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care and goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, compassion, recovery, and patient-centered care.
