LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager who provides 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to deliver high-quality care and guides nursing operations under the Director.

This role emphasizes leadership, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff development to support excellent patient outcomes in behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience.
• Requires Nursing Degree and Maryland RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• APRN-Clinical Nurse Specialist qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit operations and allocate resources to ensure quality care.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff through rounds and meetings.
• Develop and monitor budget and expenditures for the unit.
