The role emphasizes leadership in educational program development, CPR/AED and CPI training facilitation, and collaboration with nursing leadership to uphold patient safety and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona is current and unencumbered.
• BSN required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience teaching or mentoring in healthcare settings.
• Familiar with infection prevention and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, and evaluate nurse training programs and orientation.
• Lead in‑service, on‑the‑job training, and computer modules.
• Coordinate infection control activities with nursing leadership.
• Create onboarding activities and assess new staff performance.
