Job summary

Destiny-Springs-Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support behavioral health patients in a Surprise, AZ facility. You will work under a nurse supervisor, assess needs, and participate in care planning with the health team.

The role requires AZ RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and training prior to patient interactions. Experience in behavioral health is preferred and BSN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Arizona RN license.
• CPR, BLS, Behavioral Management Training required prior to patient interaction.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma nursing is required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans care in collaboration with the health team.
• Implements and coordinates the plan of care per physician orders and policies.
• Documents assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Provides care with emphasis on safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
