Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in New Hampshire is required.
• DEA license required prior to hire.
• Experience with adolescents (13+) preferred.
• Experience with MAT and SUD/CO‑occurring conditions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychotropic meds and BH interventions.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for IOP, outpatient, and PHP clients.
• Review and sign lab orders, including urine drug screens.
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow‑up for BH and SUD clients.
• Schedule and manage patient follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and coordinate care with the team.
• Educate clients on medications, treatment planning, and recovery support.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practices.
