You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, document in the EHR, provide crisis intervention when needed, and help ensure services stay within billable targets.

Qualifications

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Missouri.
Master’s Degree in Nursing.
BLS training required.
Requires Collaborating Physician agreement with Medical Director.
Valid driver’s license and state minimum-require auto insurance.

Responsabilités

Performs diagnostic evaluations and medication management within practice standards.
Completes medical records and documentation in the EHR.
Prescribes medications and monitors client responses; educates about medications as needed.
Provides crisis intervention and evaluation when required.
Collaborates with other clinical staff for resource linkage and care coordination.
Represents agency professionally and communicates issues impacting service delivery.
Contributes to treatment team operations and informs members of care issues.
