Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient milieu staff during work shift.
• Monitor shift change activities and adjust staffing as needed.
• Facilitate patient care, programming and admissions/discharges.
• Review records for timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Train direct care staff and mentor during the shift.
• Ensure patient safety and handle complaints professionally.
• Communicate with Milieu Manager and other stakeholders.
