Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, weight, and other basic health observations.
• Prepare clients for medication administration or medical assessments.
• Maintain clean, stocked medical rooms and sanitize equipment.
• Document care activities in EMR in compliance with HIPAA and internal protocols.
• Assist with medication inventory and restocking.
