You’ll work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team, enabling timely messages to providers through ECW and related systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating care between patients and providers.
• Knowledge of behavioral health services, medications and scales.
• Registered or certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ongoing CEU credits may be required.

Aufgaben

• Complete patient assessments including vital signs and consent for injections.
• Administer injections under provider direction and prepare records.
• Coordinate messages and referrals via ECW encounters; respond within 24 hours.
• Manage scheduling for new patients, follow-ups, and injections.
• Handle prior authorizations and prescription refill coordination.
• Perform clerical duties and ensure secure medication samples and logs.
