Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document chief complaint, allergies, medications.
• Measure vital signs and record in patient chart.
• Communicate with patients as directed by clinician.
• Provide prescribed medications documentation and ensure proper charting.
• Ensure test results and reports are uploaded to patient records.
• Relay abnormal lab results to patients under supervision.
• Triage messages from portal/phone and coordinate with providers.
• Document reactions to medications in charts.
• Maintain logs and required checks (temps, meds, equipment).
• Schedule and manage follow-up appointments in software.
• Observe and assist during telemedicine with remote providers.
• Perform injections as needed.
