Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurse practitioners in outpatient behavioral health care.
• Assess patient needs and document accordingly.
• Complete required service plans, progress notes, and treatment reviews.
• Follow standards of care and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Perform patient histories, screenings, and risk assessments as indicated.
• Handle medication orders per organizational policies and regulations.
• Communicate with internal and external professionals to coordinate care.
