Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare and med education for multiple programs.
• Process prior authorization requests.
• Assist onsite pharmacy with prescriptions and eligibility inquiries.
• Triage medical concerns and respond to needs.
• Review laboratory results daily and notify prescribers.
• Document thoroughly and timely.
• Support providers with med administration and phlebotomy.
• Administer LAI injections as prescribed.
