Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with Michigan LPN licensure.
• BLS certification and CEUs for re-licensure are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs and daily patient care tasks.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses in the EHR.
• Initiate care plans and maintain licensure and CEUs.
