Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• LNA education certificate and competency testing report required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current NH LNA license.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills relating to physical and mental health needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports patient observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies and maintains cleanliness of care areas.
• Manages time effectively and adheres to delegation rights.
• Performs other duties as assigned and serves as a preceptor for new staff.
