BJC Behavioral Health in Missouri is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Liaison to coordinate services for individuals with behavioral health needs who interact with law enforcement, courts, and hospital emergency departments in the St. Louis area.

The role partners with first responders, hospitals, and local agencies to improve access to services, develop local care systems, and provide training. Requires a Master’s in Social Services/related field, LCSW or LPC, and 2–5 years of experience;

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Services/related field required.
• 2-5 years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• LCSW or LPC licensure required or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate services for individuals with behavioral health needs in contact with law enforcement, courts and EDs.
• Collaborate with local partners in behavioral health systems and diversion efforts.
• Participate in Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) and related law enforcement initiatives.
• Provide training and consultation on behavioral health topics for court clerks and staff.
• Assist with accessing voluntary services, inpatient beds, and petitions for involuntary detentions in coordination with ACI.
