Job summary

MHMR in Fort Worth is seeking a Network Manager Law Enforcement Programs to provide operational and clinical oversight of the Law Liaison Services Program, guiding staff, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while building partnerships with law enforcement, courts, hospitals and community providers.

You will lead the team toward program goals, manage stakeholder relationships, and align activities with agency objectives and grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Defined Education: Human Services or Criminal Justice.
• Years’ Experience: Five (5) years.
• Defined Experience: Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License, Full licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program operations, staff supervision, quality management, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintains partnerships with law enforcement, courts, hospitals and community providers.
• Ensures alignment with agency contracts, grants and regulatory requirements.
