Responsibilities

• Assess and build therapeutic relationships with participants to support client-centered interventions.

• Provide individual coaching, psychoeducation, and facilitating groups when applicable.
• Identify beneficial community resources for participants and coordinate external referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain confidential participant case notes in accordance with program standards.
