Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health services to participants in Detroit. The role requires collaboration with primary care and mental health providers, focusing on both individual and group therapies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required, preferably with relevant licenses.
• Experience in a Primary Care Behavioral Health model desired.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and individual therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments for participants.
• Educate participants on health-related issues.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and psychiatry.
