Responsibilities

• Records vital signs and nursing assessments; notifies RN of changes.
• Provides one-to-one observation for high-risk patients.
• Assists with ADLs, transfers, and patient care tasks.
• Coordinates with Intake staff and nursing to ensure smooth admissions.
