Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Behavioral Health Resource Coordinator to coordinate and assist in providing behavioral health resources to clients and families.

You will screen and triage, refer and schedule services, collect pre-admission data, and work with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring efficient service capacity using EPIC and NCHBH systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field required.
• Behavioral health or customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with EPIC and the NCHBH system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist families in determining needed resources through screening and triage.
• Answer questions and provide service referrals and scheduling.
• Gather referral and pre-admission information and enter data.
• Identify emergent or complex cases and seek clinical review.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services.
• Use EMR and scheduling software to assess service demand and capacity.
• Maintain confidentiality of all clinical and admin information.
