Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field; LVN/RN acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills for intake and referrals.
• Knowledge of mental health concepts and care for diverse populations.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required by Oceans.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiry calls and schedule assessments in a timely manner.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and provide referrals.
• Coordinate admissions and pre-certification processes.
• Communicate with patients and families with sensitivity to age, disability, and culture.
• Ensure documentation meets Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
