Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required; LVN/RN acceptable.
• Minimum of one year experience in Mental Health/Chemical Dependency with age/disability populations.
• CPR certification required; ability to manage complex admissions processes.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries, completes intake forms, and schedules assessments.
• Conducts initial assessments and coordinates admissions.
• Refers patients to appropriate resources when not suitable for facility.
• Manages pre-certification and UR documentation.
• Ensures compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
