Job summary

Strive Recovery is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive referral growth and strengthen partnerships across Indiana, with focus on Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, South Bend, and rural NE Indiana.

You will build relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, primary care, and community organizations, manage a referral pipeline, and support admissions and census growth. Travel is extensive and you will report on KPIs monthly.

Qualifications

2+ years in business development, healthcare sales, behavioral health, or addiction treatment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Indiana.
Experience with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Indiana markets.
Maintain presence in Fort Wayne, South Bend/Mishawaka, Elkhart County, and rural NE Indiana.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new referral relationships to grow admissions.
Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate referrals and patient placement.
Monitor referral conversion rates and address barriers to admission.
Document outreach in CRM and provide regular activity and admissions reports.
