Brightli in Springfield, MO seeks a Group Facilitator to lead educational and therapeutic group sessions within Recovery Services. You will foster a safe, inclusive environment, engage clients in meaningful discussions, and document progress in the EHR while collaborating with the clinical team to support recovery goals.

The role requires a bachelor's in a relevant field or a GED with relevant experience, plus a commitment to ongoing professional development and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions using approved curriculum and materials.
• Create a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive learning environment.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions supporting treatment goals and recovery progress.
• Document attendance, participation, and group summaries in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support continuity of care and positive outcomes.
