Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, reconcile medications, and update patient charts.
• Schedule in-person and virtual appointments.
• Administer injections as permitted by license or certification.
• Respond to patient calls and relay information to providers.
• Complete patient follow-up and engagement activities.
• Perform drug urine screenings and coordinate outside lab orders.
• Complete medication prior authorizations.
• Travel to other Infinity Health locations to provide coverage as needed.

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable CNA, Medical Assistant, or LPN to join our Behavioral Health team in a PRN (as-needed) position based primarily in Centerville. This role will also provide coverage at other Infinity Health locations as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Facilitator, you'll work closely with our ARNPs, Psychiatrists, and care teams to create a positive and coordinated experience for our patients. You'll:

• Welcome, room, and prepare patients for appointments

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with patients receiving behavioral health services.

Candidates must have one of the following:

• Medical Assistant (MA)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

You’ll also need strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort with technology, and a willingness to support patients and teammates wherever you're needed.

Primary Location: Centerville, Iowa
Schedule: PRN / As Needed
Travel: Coverage at other Infinity Health locations may be needed
