Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- CPR and First Aid cards current within last 2 years and maintained throughout employment.
- License from AZ Board of Behavioral Health or related behavioral health degree.
- Experience with substance abuse, anger, and domestic violence issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, individual and/or group counseling sessions, and education classes.
- Complete intake sessions and write individual treatment plans.
- Document all client contact and monitor progress; write progress and discharge summaries.
- Operate under supervision of QA team, clinical supervisor, and Director.
- Attend required trainings, including DV-related and DUI-related standards.
