Qualifications

• Bilingual may be required depending on location.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Verify insurance, address, and contact details in the Practice Management System (PMS).
• Collect co-pays and fees per policy and payor agreements.
• Balance daily charges and deposits; open/close daily batches.
