Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an Employment Specialist in Phoenix to provide clinical vocational services to adults with substance-use disorders and related conditions. You will coordinate community and clinic-based employment services, build employer partnerships, and support clients in achieving and sustaining employment.

The role includes delivering group and individual training, resume and interview coaching, and driving job placement while adhering to program guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in behavioral health with 1 year of relevant vocational rehabilitation experience OR bachelor’s in behavioral health with 1 year of experience OR non-behavioral bachelor’s with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employment related services for adults in Terros Health's recovery center.
• Develop and maintain community employer relationships to create job opportunities.
• Provide employment support to help recipients obtain and maintain employment.
• Conduct assessments to set employment service plan goals and update plans as needed.
• Offer individual and group training on resume writing, interviewing, and job search skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health

Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral field with 1 year experience
