Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Driver Residential for the Mays Landing location. The role involves transporting clients to IOP/OP programs and providing evening coverage for the MIOP program.

You will maintain confidentiality, participate in trainings, and assist as a liaison to improve communication between departments. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid New Jersey driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to use the Smart system to access patient information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving history with no criminal charges in last 5 years.
• Ability to use Smart system to obtain patient information.
• Ability to document safety and incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to and from programs and provide coverage in evenings.
• Maintain client confidentiality per state/federal/HIPAA rules.
• De-escalate crises and forward information to supervisor as needed.
• Greet and assist staff, clients, and visitors professionally and handle calls.
