The candidate will oversee the behavioral health staff, monitor service indicators, and ensure compliance. A minimum of an LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure is required, along with budgeting experience. Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or have the ability to obtain such licensure within 90 days.
• Experience in budgeting and program evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key indicators for service areas.
• Coordinate with supervisees and staff for continuous improvements.
• Review productivity and compliance data of supervisees weekly and monthly.
• Participate in relevant meetings and groups.
