Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related human services field.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's in an unrelated field with two years related work experience.
• Or a combination of four years or more of advanced education and two years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive relationships to adult clients in mental health treatment.
• Collaborate with care teams to empower client participation in treatment.
• Document progress and participate in ongoing staff training.
