Job summary

The State of Oregon's Oregon Health Authority seeks an ECMU Forensic Systems Analyst to support discharge planning and behavioral health policy across agencies in Salem. You will maintain data systems, coordinate meetings, and monitor system performance to reduce delays and improve outcomes.

You will contribute to policy development, cross-system collaboration, and timely communication with partners, courts, OSH, CMHPs, and internal teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience developing and interpreting policies for behavioral health systems.

Responsibilities

• Support policy development and system-level reform for equitable services.
• Coordinate multi-agency activities and monitor performance metrics.
• Document decisions, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely information flow.
