Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree showing capacity for the role.
• Or any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years technical-level experience that supports the required knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data gathering and tracking from Oregon State Hospital and community partners.
• Prepare regular updates for leadership on discharge planning and transition readiness.
• Maintain and improve data systems, meeting coordination, and cross-team communication.
