Job summary

Under the CBHL Manager, the clinician assists with assessments, trainings, and data entry in AVATAR EMR while emphasizing trauma-informed practices and coordination with community resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• LMSW preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Training required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with state-mandated auto insurance.
• 1-3 years of position-related experience minimum; 3-5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crisis community support and intervention for high-risk individuals, linking to internal and provider networks and community resources.
• Liaise with law enforcement and courts to ensure care coordination for high-risk clients.
• Assist in assessing individuals in need of behavioral health services and in pursuing involuntary commitment when there is risk of serious harm.
• Provide trainings and consultations on behavioral health issues for court staff and community agencies as needed.
• Maintain documentation and data entry in AVATAR EMR and other systems.
