What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Health Counselor in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), you will provide comprehensive care and support to clients. Your responsibilities include coordinating direct care activities, ensuring adherence to the NMT model, conducting clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning. You will also maintain a safe and clean environment for clients and ensure the residential facilities are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
• Four years of experience in Mental Health preferred.
• Valid NC driver’s license required.
