What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Health Counselor in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), you will provide comprehensive care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring direct care activities in residential and group home settings, ensuring adherence to the NMT model for therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning. You will also maintain a safe environment and ensure the residential facilities are well-maintained.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required.
• B.A./B.S. in a related human service field preferred.
• Four years of experience in Mental Health preferred.
• Valid NC driver’s license required.
