What You’ll Do:

As a Behavioral Health Counselor in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), you will provide comprehensive care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring direct care activities for clients in residential and group home settings, ensuring adherence to the NMT model for therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning. You will also maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and ensure the residential facilities are well-maintained.
