Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more current, valid licenses from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (e.g., LAC, CSW, LPC, Psychologist, MFT).
• One (1) year of licensed or license candidacy experience in substance use and/or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional behavioral health services to offenders, including evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and clinical interventions.
• Serve as consultant to unit staff on assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide clinical direction to non-clinical staff in behavioral health care and treatment of offenders.
• Ensure continuity of care by referrals and proper documentation for receiving units or agencies.
• Conduct crisis intervention per clinical standards and maintain professional boundaries.
