Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral health assessments of patients to identify problems needing treatment.
• Develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans and conducts crisis interventions as needed.
• Leads or participates in multidisciplinary teams delivering counseling services to patients and families.
• Documents assessments, plans and interventions per hospital guidelines and standards.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
