Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Northampton, MA, is seeking a Psychiatric Counselor to provide individual and group counseling within patients’ treatment plans. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Psychology or related field from an accredited school is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• CPI certification within 90 days is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience with mentally ill and substance abuse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling as part of treatment plans.
• Deliver patient care activities under supervision of Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health.
• Support program goals and policies.
