Job description

We Are Hiring

• Department: Behavioral Health Administration - Assessor
• Schedule: PRN, as needed for day shift
• Hospital: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital
• Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
• Salary: $31.25 per hour

What You Will Do

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
• Administer individual and group therapy.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Provide patients with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
• Work directly with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure active and collaborative care from treatment initiation to discharge.

What You Will Need

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.

Additional Preferences

Shift: PRN, as needed, Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Experience completing psychosocial assessments and treatment plans with a variety of patient clinical presentations.
