+ **Location:** Hoffman Estates, IL

+ **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $10,000.00

+ **Salary:** $26.25 - $38.39 per hour

**Responsibilities**

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

+ Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.

+ Administer individual and group therapy.

+ Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.

+ Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.

+ Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

+ Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.

**Additional Preferences**

Schedule: Full Time Day shift plus required 2 weekend day shifts a month

Master's degree STRONGLY PREFERRED

Must have at least 1 year of eating disorder experience
